Order Cancellation Policy:

After 3 Days of Placing an Order:
1. Full-Paid Order: Cancelling your order after 3 days of placing an order entitles you to a refund of 90% of the total amount.
2. Deposit Order: Once you've confirmed your order and paid the deposit, cancellation is not allowed and non-refundable. The deducted amount is for the wasted materials.After Final Shipment from the UK Stock:
Before Package Delivery:
Should you choose to cancel after final shipment from UK stock but before package delivery, a refund of 80% of the total amount will be processed. Additionally, any shipping costs incurred during this process will be borne by the customer. The deducted amount is for the shipping and restocking fees. - Notification for Balance Payment: We will promptly inform you via email when your product reaches our warehouse, at which point the remaining balance should be settled within 7 days.
- Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment within the 7-day window, or unilateral order cancellation by the customer, will result in the order being voided. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Warranty Information: Cottonfy UK provides a limited warranty for all products, effective for 3 years from the delivery date of products. This warranty is restricted to defects in workmanship that result in the product becoming non-functional under normal usage conditions. In the event that your product exhibits such defects within this period, we invite you to contact our After Sales team for assessment and appropriate remedial action, including repair or replacement of the product.
