- Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: Once you've confirmed your order and paid the deposit, cancellation is not possible. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival of the product at our warehouse.
- Notification for Balance Payment: We will promptly inform you via email when your product reaches our warehouse, at which point the remaining balance should be settled within 7 days.
- Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment within the 7-day window, or unilateral order cancellation by the customer, will result in the order being voided. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Warranty Information: Your purchase includes a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. Any quality-related returns or exchanges will be processed according to our standard policy, unaffected by pre-order terms.
- Expected Delivery Schedule: Estimated delivery is within 60-70 days post-order. Production in Hong Kong takes approximately 15 days, followed by a 45-day transit to our Manchester warehouse. After full payment, delivery within the UK typically occurs within a week.
- Legal Compliance: All our practices adhere to UK consumer law, ensuring your rights and interests are protected.

Bought this for my mother, she is 81/yrs old. Now she has a stable sturdy place, to sit while getting dressed and putting her shoes on, that is not to high or low for her. We put it at the foot of the bed.
This bench is perfect. It is sturdy, stylish and very easy to assemble, since all you have to do is put the legs on it. I use it to store extra throw blankets to keep them handy and it hold more than I thought it would.
Highly recommend this bench, you won't be sorry.

We use an ottoman in front of the couch to put up our feet while watching TV. I keep a tray on top for remotes and drinks. Our old ottoman had taken a beating and was starting to look pretty sad, so I have been looking for a replacement for several months.It's good!
My dog loves looking out the window but she's small and none of our windows go to the floor so I was looking for something that is good quality for a value price. This fits both criteria. The bench feels strong enough to hold people sitting on it regularly. The fabric isn't scratchy, it feels very durable. I'm very happy with this purchase
