2. Deposit for Customized Products: For each bespoke sofa, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total order value is required. This deposit secures your unique order.
3. Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: Once you've confirmed your order and paid the deposit, cancellation is not possible. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival of the product at our warehouse.
4. Notification for Balance Payment: We will promptly inform you via email when your product reaches our warehouse, at which point the remaining balance should be settled within 7 days.
5. Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment within the 7-day window, or unilateral order cancellation by the customer, will result in the order being voided. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
6. Warranty Information: Your purchase includes a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. Any quality-related returns or exchanges will be processed according to our standard policy, unaffected by pre-order terms.
7. Expected Delivery Schedule: Estimated delivery is within 60-70 days post-order. Production in Hong Kong takes approximately 15 days, followed by a 45-day transit to our Manchester warehouse. After full payment, delivery within the UK typically occurs within a week.

Processing Time

• Order Processing: 2-3 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 04:00 GMT will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeline and Process

• In-Stock Items: 3-7 days.
• Preorder Items: 8-12 weeks.

• Phone Number Requirement: Customers eligible for Designated Location Delivery should provide their phone number at checkout to facilitate delivery coordination.
• Appointment service: We offer delivery on specified days (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays) and we will contact you in advance to book a delivery time when the sofa is ready for delivery.

• Delivery Day Process:
  • Day Before Delivery: Customers receive a text around 6:30 PM with a 2-hour delivery window for the next day.
  • Delivery Day: Around 8:30 AM, customers receive a text.
  • 30-60 minutes before arrival: Delivery team confirms availability.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Customers can arrange or adjust the delivery time directly with the delivery staff when they receive the message.

Product Quality Check Upon Delivery

• Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to check the quality of the product.
• Reporting Damages or Defects: If any defects or damages are found, customers should report them to the after-sales team via email at service@cottonfy.co.uk, including pictures of the defected items.
