- Deposit for Customized Products: For each bespoke sofa, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total order value is required. This deposit secures your unique order.
- Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: Once you've confirmed your order and paid the deposit, cancellation is not possible. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival of the product at our warehouse.
- Notification for Balance Payment: We will promptly inform you via email when your product reaches our warehouse, at which point the remaining balance should be settled within 7 days.
- Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment within the 7-day window, or unilateral order cancellation by the customer, will result in the order being voided. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Warranty Information: Your purchase includes a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. Any quality-related returns or exchanges will be processed according to our standard policy, unaffected by pre-order terms.
- Expected Delivery Schedule: Estimated delivery is within 60-70 days post-order. Production in Hong Kong takes approximately 15 days, followed by a 45-day transit to our Manchester warehouse. After full payment, delivery within the UK typically occurs within a week.
- Legal Compliance: All our practices adhere to UK consumer law, ensuring your rights and interests are protected.

Hesitantly bought this couch worried my dog would shred it the first day with her nails. She did poke hole in the material between pedicures, but it has been holding up and she climbs on it every day.
I've assembled a lot of mail furniture at this point and this stands out as maybe the easiest I've ever done. Whole thing comes in 2 boxes with legs and arm rests contained in zipper pouches inside the cushions. You barely even need anything, just the Alan key that comes with it. Legs screw on without tools and you just have to put a couple brackets on to keep the couch together. Had the whole thing assembled in about 15 minutes by myself . Comfy enough for the price. Strong recommend!
Beautiful boucle futon sofa with spill resistant fabric. It’s is pretty and comfy. Love the design!
This is a good small sofa. It looks really nice, it doesn't have that shiny plastic faux leather look that others have, and it's still wipeable and stain resistant. There is a slight odor when you open it, but it goes away after a few weeks. We put this in our home office and it looks nice, but we aren't sitting on it for hours at a time. This would also be good for a dorm room or an apartment when you don't want to invest in a more expensive, larger sofa. It works for what we need and it looks great in the room. I would purchase from this brand again.
