How to Film Your Unboxing Video

[Video Instructions] After signing for and receiving your delivery, please record a continuous video of the unboxing process. If any after-sales issues arise, please send your unboxing video via email to service@cottonfy.co.uk, and upload any relevant information and photos using the submission form at the bottom of this page.

Check the Box

Before opening, please check that the parcel is intact. Tip: If you spot any visible damage or tears, film them immediately.

Start the Unboxing

Keep filming as you break the seal and unpack. Crucial: Ensure the product and box stay in the frame without any cuts or edits.

Spread out the product and all accessories to confirm the set is complete. If applicable, power the device on to show it works.

The 5-Second Rule

Spot a scratch or a mark? Hold a steady, clear close-up for 5 seconds. This helps our team verify and resolve issues instantly.
