- Deposit for Customized Products: For each bespoke sofa, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total order value is required. This deposit secures your unique order.
- Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy: Once you've confirmed your order and paid the deposit, cancellation is not possible. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival of the product at our warehouse.
- Notification for Balance Payment: We will promptly inform you via email when your product reaches our warehouse, at which point the remaining balance should be settled within 7 days.
- Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to complete payment within the 7-day window, or unilateral order cancellation by the customer, will result in the order being voided. In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Warranty Information: Your purchase includes a 3-year warranty from the delivery date. Any quality-related returns or exchanges will be processed according to our standard policy, unaffected by pre-order terms.
- Expected Delivery Schedule: Estimated delivery is within 60-70 days post-order. Production in Hong Kong takes approximately 15 days, followed by a 45-day transit to our Manchester warehouse. After full payment, delivery within the UK typically occurs within a week.
- Legal Compliance: All our practices adhere to UK consumer law, ensuring your rights and interests are protected.

Definitely helped with our sofa bed sleeping its much better now
I needed to get a bed quickly for some visitors, whilst I had room I wanted something that could be tucked away once not in use. This totally fits the bill, as an ottoman that you can sit on. The bed itself is quite wide, much bigger than most chair beds. The bed itself is comfortable, it's medium to firm, the middle section is firmer than the other two seconds. I am so pleased I bought this, was a little skeptical, but I made the right choice
Bought this support for our sleeper sofa and works great! I've purchased other solution and this one far superior. Let's face it - sleeper sofas aren't the best, and feeling a bar on your back all night is misery (ever seen the Seinfeld episode haha). Spend the money - save your back!!
I'm ambivalent about this Ottoman bed: it's compact size when not in use as a bed was important to me. It's very well made and sturdy. It opens into a generous sized single bed that perfectly suits the small space I have. As an Ottoman it's superb - and would work very well as a table.
